I contacted Fenwick to unclog my shower drain. Cody came but after many attempts was not able to clear. He requested his manager Craig R. to come and give his assessment. Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. I would definitely recommend company to others.

I had a hot water slab leak and decided to repipe instead of tear up the foundation looking for the leak. Michael and Jeremy did the work. They were professional, tidy and friendly. They even took care enough to cover the lower holes so my cats wouldn't be tempted to squeeze inside. There was some unique challenges with my home but they worked through them. Every hole they cut in the walls was purposeful and done neatly. Emad expertly patched all the drywall. The supervisor Craig came by on different occasions to check on the work. The repiping took about 3 and a half days including the inspection. I also had my 17 year old water heater replaced and am already seeing much lower electricity usage. Considering the work done and a couple other estimates the price was fair. I'm happy with the work and glad I chose Fenwick.

From the time Elmer came out for our service call, Waychoff's was on it right away and had a team out the very next day to resolve our A/C issues. I want to take a moment to thank Elmer, Zakeem, and Hobbs for their hard work and professionalism. They discovered that the A/C system installed through our home warranty had not been installed correctly, which was causing the unit to cool our garage instead of our home. They took the time to fully resolve the problem, made sure everything was installed properly, and listened to our input throughout the process. They came prepared, worked efficiently, and their experience truly showed. We greatly appreciate the effort and care they put into getting our A/C working as it should. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had an unexpected issue on a Sunday due to a slab leak in our garage, and I called Fenwick for help. They were quick to respond and sent out a technician, Steven, who assessed the issue and explained the next steps. Shortly after, Craig, the Services Manager, came out and provided us with a detailed quote to re-pipe the entire house and install a new water softener, since we did not have one. The installation team, Ben and Cody, did an excellent job. They prepared our home for the work, re-piped everything efficiently, and made sure the disruption inside the house was kept to a minimum. Afterward, they had a drywaller, Emad, come out to patch everything back up leaving the walls looking like nothing ever happened. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism and care. We truly appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from the entire Fenwick team!

I'm a returning customer of Fenwicks Plumbing, they've handled my problems for years now. This time, it was a major project, a repipe of my home due to a slab leak. The whole process went as smoothly as can be expected, given the nature of the problem. Darrell was great when he came out initially to access the situation and give us an estimate and came back throughout the project to make sure I was totally satisfied and his guys had everything they needed. John (Matt) was the lead man on our job. I don't have enough room to praise how great of a job he did. From his awesome attitude to the quality of the work performed, everything far exceeds any expectations I had. He was just a plain great, hard working, professional. Of course, he couldn't have finished the job without help. Gage was his right hand man, on top of whatever he needed and hammered out his work quickly and proficiently, it was like having 2 master plumbers on my job. Also had a little help on day 1 from Tino and Andrew, both very polite and personable guys. I can't forget Craig, Fenwick's Rinai specialist, that came to check up on an minor issue with my tankless water heater that ended up potentially saving our lives, our home, and the water heater. Again, a total professional and a gentleman, just like everyone l've ever met from this company. All in all, this is how ANY business should be done, across the board, not just plumbing.

The team communicated with us throughout the day. When it was time for them to leave, they returned to the environment in which they were working in a better condition than when they found it. This is our second time using Fenwick, this time to replace bathroom faucets, shower heads, shut off valves, etc. All was completed perfectly. Craig and Tim were both professional, knowledgeable, listened to our concerns and answered all questions. We will definitely continue to call Fenwick for plumbing and will be adding AC service also. Highly recommend! We called for a review of our plumbing as well as water heater replacement. Tim was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Work was performed same day. We highly recommend! Most recently we had our HVAC tune up completed. Build it a great job, was very informative, and very helpful with questions regarding our thermostat. Andrew and Craig were absolutely amazing today. Our water heater was leaking and flooding our garage. They arrived within an hour and had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours. I could not be more satisfied with the work Craig did in replacing my water heater, master bath toilet, and kitchen faucet. All of the work was done neatly, and Craig left the areas he worked in cleaner than when he started. We had a gas leak that caused us to have to shut off our supply leaving us with no way to cook and no hot water. Fenwick sent a tech out first thing. Craig Rock came to our house and was extremely thorough and professional. Very grateful for the prompt service and how helpful Craig was. Amerigas gave us a company they refer to and they told us we’d have to wait two weeks. We were only down about 18 hours.

Softener went bad. Craig Rock came out and really went above and beyond on the repairs. My filter had busted sending carbon throughout the lines in the house. He took every aerator off the faucets, disassembled the shower heads, and purge all the lines. He was remarkable and saved me the time of having to do it. Even when I told him I would handle it he stayed and completed the job and then some. Was at my house for hours. I appreciate it. Great employee you have Fenwick.

Making an appointment was easy and could be done online. Aaron, my tech, was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me some suggestions on how I can improve my water quality and prolong the life of my appliances and plumbing system. Had to call again for another issue and Craig did a great job. Fixed up the prior owner's home handyman job and now everything works the way it's supposed to.

Craig was great! He gave me multiple options for water heater replacement. He was friendly and he did great quality work with no sign that he'd been there other that a new water heater. It was,expensive, but I feel like I got a good product and valuable piece of mind for years to come. Highly recommend, and will use them again.
