August 2025: David Jordan was our Technician today and did a great job with our annual maintenance. June 2024: Bill S. Was wonderful today as he diagnosed and fixed an issue with our HVAC system. He was thorough, gracious, polite, perceptive, and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend him and his quality, professional service. June 2021: This week, Dillon replaced our water softener, Jess did HVAC maintenance on our very old system, and Mahlon quoted and contracted with us for a new HVAC install. All three were courteous, professional, on time, respectful of our home, did quality work, and made us feel very happy to have them working with us. David, the technician, came here to service my A/C . He was super thorough and even took the time to show me and explain to me the whole diagnostic report on his tablet. This is entirely taking it to the next level. Never had a technician so thorough. I guess it has something to do with Fenwick and Waycoff’s joining forces.
