After weeks of searching for the right company let me just say I was totally satisfied with Fenwick. From my first conversation to my last conversation I was very satisfied with my experience with everyone I came in contact with.. I highly recommend Fenwick for AC services and/or new units. They offered the best warranty out of 10 companies I researched. 12 years on parts and labor unheard of even coming from their competitors. A special thanks to Holly who has the patience of Job she knows how to explain things in terms where you can keep up with her. She’s not a pushy salesperson. Lastly, to all The workers that came out every last one of them was very respectful, kind, and professional. They cleaned up after they done and explained how to work the system in its entirety. Great customer service Fenwick. I almost forgot to mention they had the best price out of my all my quotes. This is not a paid advertisement for sure.

I had a meeting with Holly W. first who was extremely professional and helpful. I am not a huge fan of sales meetings, but she was so personable and I could tell she truly wanted to help me find the best solution for my home. I was then able to get an appointment next day. The installers Dylan and Caleb exceeded my expectations. Dylan was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They both worked diligently to make sure my AC was installed properly and Dylan took the time to walk me through how to use and take care of the system. I am so happy with my experience and glad I chose Fenwick home services for my AC installation!
