I have been a loyal customer giving Fenwick my work for years, but Jennifer’s customer survive during an emergency was absolutely uncaring and unprofessional. I called to get someone scheduled since the pipes on a project we did busted during this cold snap. Jennifer says she’s really busy and can’t help me and then hangs up in my face… The level of disrespect I just received after giving a company my business for so long is utterly unacceptable. I will never give my business to anyone who has the audacity to treat such a loyal customer in such a shoved off way…… I’ve given this company probably hundreds of thousands in work, and when I need them for my own home on a project they screwed up, I get this????? I’m completely heartbroken to be honest and will never give them any more of my business…. All they care about is creating a bigger monopoly that they can’t manage. They don’t care about you

Stellar customer service. Rafael came out on a Sunday when our water heater broke, no charge. He provided quotes and talked us through several different options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t ever feel like I was being sold something. I had a few questions that evening and Fenwick dispatch put me in touch with Rafael and he spent time answering all my questions without even being assured he’d get our business yet. The next day the dispatcher, Jennifer, patiently helped talk us through their service programs and payment options to help us finalize and schedule the install for that afternoon. Start to finish was a great experience at a very fair price. They were reliable, easy to get ahold of, and followed through. Would definitely reach out to them again for future needs.

Outstanding service!!! and thank you for fitting us in as a late repair on short notice! Jennifer in scheduling was outstanding, and the technician Ronald was 10/10 in customer service and repair. Very transparent with cost and what the repair would entail. Will recommend to any and all anytime they need plumbing repairs.
