During the coldest temps we've seen in years my HVAC Condenser froze and stopped working. I contacted Fenwick and they replaced the failed Condenser Coil Temp Sensor but there were additional problems keeping my unit from not heating. The Service Manager Jesse worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new Honeywell Truezone Zone Control Board under warranty and Adam worked diligently to install the new parts and troubleshoot a multitude of issues and even effected a workaround to get my Aux Heating to turn on when being called by the Thermostats. Fenwick made every effort to get my system repaired at a time when they were overloaded with heating service calls and I very much appreciate their efforts. I have worked with Jesse and Adam in the past and strongly recommend them to everyone as they also treat customers very fairly with labor costs.

We had a plumbing issue and from my initial phone call for service to the repairman (Jesse) I was amazed by the professionalism and courtesy. The office coordinator took all pertinent information and said a service technician would be at our property within a four hour window. I was home on a Monday holiday enjoying a day off outside & got the hose to spray off my pavers when I heard a loud sound “pop” and noticed no water was coming from the hose? But instead water was RUSHING out from the exterior wall of my house?! I ran inside & discovered several rooms had water coming in on the floors! I finally found the main water shutoff outside…(I’m female I had no idea) ha! I immediately called Fenwick (who replaced my water heater & did an amazing job last year) they sent Jesse to the rescue! On a holiday, Jesse arrived very quickly & assessed my water damage. He was very professional & knowledgeable! He knew I needed the water on my flooring taken care of ASAP & called United Water Restoration for me. Then he opened up the drywall & found the burst pipe in my walls. Jesse showed me the issue and explained everything thoroughly. He performed the repair quickly and I was relieved to know that the repair was done. Late on Friday, 8/6/21, our Carrier air handler began leaking condensate water onto the floor. After trying to identify and fix the problem myself, I began searching for a reputable A/C repair company on Yelp. I discovered Fenwick Services had good customer reviews. At first, I scheduled an 8am to 12pm appointment for Saturday, 8/7/21, using online form on Fenwick’s website. However, the system sent me text message with a Sunday, 8/8/21 appointment. So, I called and spoke with the evening receptionist who quickly revised the appointment to my original Saturday timeslot. I want to give special thanks to that receptionist for providing outstanding customer service late on a Friday evening. The next day, I received an email confirmation that my HVAC technician would be Jesses Wilson. Jesse arrived on time, dressed in a clean and professional uniform. After introducing himself, he quickly got to work assessing and correctly diagnosing the cause of my leak, which was a partially clogged drain pipe and a malfunctioning emergency shutoff float switch. Jesse cleared the blockage and, reinstalled new PVC pipe leading out of the air handler and a new shutoff switch. The new pipe installation included an access port with a cover, enabling me to treat the drain with white vinegar flush once a month to help keep the drain clear. This is a feature I hadn’t had before. The repair job took 90 minutes to complete and test and was done for a very reasonable price, especially for a Saturday (My HVAC systems have always seemed to fail on weekends, holidays, and evenings ). I was truly blessed to find Fenwick Services and to have Jesse Wilson as my HVAC Technician that day. Fenwick Services now has a new and loyal customer for life! Kudos to the entire Fenwick Services team for providing exceptional technical and customer services!
