He changed out my thermostat using one I had purchased on Amazon, helped me set up the app so I could control the thermostat, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was working well before he left. I'm a returning customer of Fenwicks Plumbing, they've handled my problems for years now. This time, it was a major project, a repipe of my home due to a slab leak. The whole process went as smoothly as can be expected, given the nature of the problem. Darrell was great when he came out initially to access the situation and give us an estimate and came back throughout the project to make sure I was totally satisfied and his guys had everything they needed. John (Matt) was the lead man on our job. I don't have enough room to praise how great of a job he did. From his awesome attitude to the quality of the work performed, everything far exceeds any expectations I had. He was just a plain great, hard working, professional. Of course, he couldn't have finished the job without help. Gage was his right hand man, on top of whatever he needed and hammered out his work quickly and proficiently, it was like having 2 master plumbers on my job. Also had a little help on day 1 from Tino and Andrew, both very polite and personable guys. I can't forget Craig, Fenwick's Rinai specialist, that came to check up on an minor issue with my tankless water heater that ended up potentially saving our lives, our home, and the water heater. Again, a total professional and a gentleman, just like everyone l've ever met from this company. All in all, this is how ANY business should be done, across the board, not just plumbing.

They completed a large plumbing project with a plan and executed it with a meticulous approach. John’s detailed communication and patience with my endless questions allowed for a positive experience. I had Fenwick come to my residence to check on my HVAC system as well as a plumbing issue to address. The first tech to come was the plumber John Matthew. I discussed the issues I’ve been dealing with and he was very thorough with his explanation on how to fix the issue. Problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The next tech to show up was the HVAC, Dylan. He was there just to do routine maintenance. He showed such respect for my property conducting his business in a very clean manner. He explained everything he performed and gave me simple advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I was so pleased with both Fenwick employees that showed up and did excellent service.

Khan and John were outstanding. They are courteous, conscientious, and went they extra mile to re-pipe my whole house. Also, they both are amazingly calm and good around livestock. You might say they speak fluent chicken.

John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. I cannot say enough about Fenwick! We had to have our whole house repiped and they sent the most amazing crew! We received daily texts regarding who would be coming. The quality control manager, Darryl, showed up everyday to check on us, John, the crew leader was very thorough, communication was clear, they were polite, courteous and professional!
