The repair team, led by Justin and supported by Josh and Matt, were incredibly diligent workers who re-plumbed the entire house in 5 days. July 2025 Electrician Justin installed a ceiling fan and wired 4 recessed ceiling light fixtures. Being very thoughtfully thorough, his work was performed with celerity, alacrity and utmost professionalism, skill and consideration! *** September 2025 Electrician Justin was again called to perform another phase of wiring another 8 recessed ceiling lights. As before, his professionalism and personal congeniality are deeply & genuinely appreciated. In a world inundated with mediocrity, as if it is normal, being able to experience excellence in such a robust and reliable way is inspiring. As our home renovation progresses, room by room, plan to call on Justin each time we need an electrician.

I would like to say that Justin was very professional and explained what he needed to do for the wife and I would understand before he did the work. He changed out our Kitchen lights to LED, what a big difference in the brightness in the kitchen. Different time 2months prior we had a new a/c and heat pump installed at our home and the service was also outstanding. I have to say that I will be using them again someday.

My gas water heater stopped working. Frank was my technician. He was very prompt, very professional and very nice. He had to replace some electrical parts inside the water heater. The job was completed within an hour and we have hot water again. Thank you so much, Frank. 2nd review for Fenwick Plumbing. Google doesn’t allow two reviews for the same company so I’m adding a second review. My gas water heater broke again a few months after Frank fixed it. It wasn’t Franks fault it was the water heater itself. It broke on a Saturday night and Justin from Fenwick was at my house first thing Sunday morning. He got it running again and I wasn’t charged anything, but the next day it went out again. I called Fenwick back. The next morning Cody and his partner (Kody with a K) came out. Cody told me what could possibly be causing the pilot to keep going out and I decided I was done with the gas heater and wanted a new electric one. Cody explained everything to me and spent time giving me different options. I decided to get the new water heater that day. Cody did a phenomenal job. He disconnected the gas water heater, capped the gas line and drained and removed the water heater. A brand new electric water heater was at my house an hour later. Cody made sure my electrical was correct for the new water heater and then installed it. When he was finished he double checked everything and cleaned the area so that it was spotless. When he gave me the bill he had taken off what I was charged when Fenwick initially came out a few months prior for the original repair of the gas heater. I plan to change out my gas range next and I am going to ask for Cody. He’s a specialist when it comes to gas, he’s very knowledgeable and he’s very nice. I’m very comfortable with him working on my house.

Very quick response by Fenwick which answered our distressed call to send a technician to our home the quickest possible. Kudos to the technician, Justin, who arrived within 45 minutes and did a fantastic job in stopping the water leak to prevent further damage and in installing a valve outside the house so we can stop the water flow ourselves next time an incident like this happens again. He explained everything that was going on, showed me what went wrong and how to keep the water heater going for the next 15 years. Only down side and it had nothing to do with him was the price.
