Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. I have used Fenwick for years for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Top of the line work and great communication. I haven’t left a review before, but after my technician was so wonderful yesterday, I thought I needed to. We thought our plumbing issue was simple, but he came and looked at it (with the intent to repair) and he helped us realize that our issue is actually much more than what we thought and not just a plumbing problem. He was so attentive and thorough. I will be requesting Khan specifically for all of my future plumbing needs.

Ended up having an emergency situation with water bubbling up out of my yard thanks to a tree root hitting a pipe. A neighbor recommended Fenwick and I have found my new plumbing company! Khan at Fenwick plumbing was super awesome! He was able to find some discounts for me and fixed the blockage in my shower drain without having to bring out the “big guns” which also kept the cost down. Super professional and friendly and explained everything he was doing and picked up on another problem I will need to get onto at some point with my sink tap. Very happy with my experience!
