Fenwick plumbing did an amazing job “re-plumbing” my whole house after a big concrete slab leak from a 32 year old copper pipe. The repair team, led by Justin and supported by Josh and Matt, were incredibly diligent workers who re-plumbed the entire house in 5 days. Justin was an adept leader who showed his leadership skills, expansive plumbing experience, and superb customer service skills on a daily basis. On Wednesday Oct 30th, Matt and Paul came to look and our tankless hot water heater which had stopped working. They were very personable and quickly began to diagnose the problem, which was determined that it was in dire need of being cleaned. They worked for quite a while to clean it, even pausing to take pictures of the process. They kept me Informed of everything they were doing and answered all questions that I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that it was being done right. They also had other suggestions about my water softener system, which I appreciated. When they finished, we had hot water! The bill was reasonable as well. My husband and I really appreciate the services provided by Matt and Paul, especially since they came all the way from Jacksonville to Glen St Mary, which was more than many others were willing to do. Some companies never even returned our calls. We had an exceptional experience with this company and its employees. We appreciate all they did for us and would highly recommend them. This job included faucet replacements and extra work to bring everything up to code. They cleaned up each day for renters who never went without water at night. I called Fenwick's as my tankless hot water heater was not working. They experience from the call to the follow up was great. I got a text with the tech's name , a picture and about them. Totally blew me away. They sent me a message when he would arrive and he did. He was very thorough found problem, gave me total. He spent a couple hours handling the issues and then checked his work making sure he would not leave until I had hot water. Matt Gray was my tech and exceeded expectations and I was impressed every step of the way. I have renovated lots of homes and never had such a great experience that the entire plumbing company paid attention to the client!
