Nathan was great! My garbage disposal decided to self-destruct and was leaking under the cabinet. I set up an appointment on the website at 9:30pm. They had a plumber out by noon the following morning. I had already bought a new disposal "just in case". Hd inspected my old unit. A blade had chipped and grinded the gears. He removed the old unit & installed the new one in about an hour from start to finish. Great job!

We had a leak outside between meter and house. Fenwick was here within an hour. Nathan was great. He worked so hard to find that leak (line was like 2 ft down) and then repair it. We’ve used fenwick before and techs are always polite and great.

I received an email and text they were on the way and Nathan arrived 10 minutes later. He evaluated the situation, provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done including the cost(which included a senior discount as well as 2 others) and length of time he needed. I authorized the work and he got to work. i was thrilled i didn't need a new machine! He explained everything he was doing along the way and cleared the blockage. He educated me on proper use of which I honestly wasn't aware of a few things and also taught me how to clean the disposal; who knew!!!! Wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if ever needed.

Recently had a problem with water intrusion running into my owners bedroom and closet. The main drain in my owners bathroom had water backing up through the shower drain and the toilet was gurgling. Fenwick was able to schedule a technician to be here within a couple of hours. Technician was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make recommendations on how to best handle the problem. Fenwick has a warehouse nearby and the parts were delivered in less than a hour which allowed the work to be completed the same day. The technician explained everything completely and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire work area. Everything was back in working order within six hours. This is not the first time I’ve called them and needed a quick response - they never disappoint and always make me confident that I can rely on them for future plumbing work! 05/02/25 The hose connections outside were corroded and couldn’t get the hose disconnected. Nathan arrived on time and explained what the problem was and gave me a quote for the service. He also offered me the military and senior discount which I usually forget to ask for. The service was completed promptly and at the price I was quoted. Nathan kept me informed of the service as he was working.
