My hot water heater went out and I called Fenwick about 2 pm. They had a service tech (Patrick)/at my house within an hour. He assessed the problem and said I needed to replace the heater, and gave me a quote. Patrick was able to get the heater replaced in a few hours. We are very pleased with the service. I am so pleased with the service Fenwicks provided. They promptly responded to my call, which was made on Sunday night. Monday morning I received a call and email, stating the the technician would be out between 8.00 and 8.30 am. Patrick was here on time and wasted no time in finding the problem. He is quite knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. He took the time to check if the hot water tank was under warranty, ordered the new one, which came 2 days later. Patrick was back here installing the next day. He’s prompt and efficient, takes the time explaining in detail what needs to be done. If I need Fenwicks again I will be requesting Patrick.
