On Thursday, January 15, 2025, I called Fenwick Home Services to have a water softener installed at our residence. I was scheduled in for the next morning and was impressed by the quickness of the appointment. The next morning and on time, Plumber Technician, Rafael Serrano, of Fenwick Home Services, came to our house and installed the Whirlpool water softener. He could not have been more competent, professional and polite. He stayed focused and got the job completed well. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Five stars and highly recommended!

Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. Stellar customer service. Rafael came out on a Sunday when our water heater broke, no charge. He provided quotes and talked us through several different options. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I didn’t ever feel like I was being sold something. I had a few questions that evening and Fenwick dispatch put me in touch with Rafael and he spent time answering all my questions without even being assured he’d get our business yet. The next day the dispatcher, Jennifer, patiently helped talk us through their service programs and payment options to help us finalize and schedule the install for that afternoon. Start to finish was a great experience at a very fair price. They were reliable, easy to get ahold of, and followed through. Would definitely reach out to them again for future needs.

Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!

Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. Rafael Serrano, the rep, arrived on time , analyzed and reviewed the the problem thoroughly. I selected the option based on price and availability. Two and a half hours later Rafael had obtained the replacement from the Fenwick warehouse, removed the leaking unit and installed a new unit. Rafael was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He left me totally impressed and satisfied, particularly never thinking when I called , I had any way of a Sunday resolution to my situation.

Had a leak in the front yard on a Friday afternoon. Called Fenwick and they sent out somebody immediately. Rafael diagnosed the problem, walked me through the water softener regeneration process, reset everything, good to go! Had my propane hot water heater replaced today by Rafael I was hesitant at first to go with Fenwick because of some of the reviews I read but when Rafael came out to give me a quote, he was very thorough and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. During the installation today he again was very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done just right. Rafael came late on a Friday night to help us with a leak we had that was leading inside our concrete block wall. He explained all of the possible scenarios and options we had. After trying the first one the pipe collapsed because of old age. The logical next step was to have to chip open the concrete and access the next place to fix. However he was able to see back into the wall and said he might be able to pry out the remainder of the broken threads that remained. After what can only be described as SURGICAL procedure, he was able to remove the pieces and insert a new pipe like nothing ever happened. We cannot thank him enough and will only request his service moving forward! Thank you Rafael!

Rafael was amazing! First of all, he came to do a cut and cap of my gas line that was preventing my new oven from fitting against the wall. He performed the cap, then chose to stay and help me with my real problem, which was that the oven delivery guys had installed the bracket that stops the oven from tipping over incorrectly. He repositioned the bracket and screwed it into the wall for me, even though he’s a plumber and not a carpenter. This is the kind of service you can expect from Rafael. Also he was a really nice guy and also wore shoe covers in my house which was a show of respect that I appreciated:) thank you Rafael!

Had to call Fenwick & Rafael came out this morning (Sunday) to check our toilet sewer drain. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do in order to give us an estimate. Ended up snaking the drain via the roof vent. He found a few small items and was able to remove them so hopefully there will be no further problems. I will note that he not only wore shoe covers (unlike the last company we had come out) and double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. We have used Fenwick in the past and have always been very satisfied with the work that they do.

After waiting all day long on Saturday for Henry Hayes plumbing to service my old water heater which had sprung a large leak, I call Fenwick at 6pm. They gave me an appointment for 8 am the next (Sunday). Without charging me an extra $150 fee for the weekend. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.

After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.
