I had a Lennox System installed today. Man nothing but professionalism and the crew very respectful. Cody my technician was professional and courteous. Arrived on time. I will update in 2 weeks. I am very thorough when researching big ticket ITEMS. My salesman was Tony Kurtis.. The man was straight forward and respected my decision to take my time. The process was smooth. Got a great deal and all the bells and whistles. Well worth the investment. Fenwick really did right by me. Very reasonable. You get what you pay for if you try to cheap it up. Just saying. SORRY THIS WAS A LATE POST> SHOULD OF POSTED IN APRIL 2024. I FOUND OUT IT NEVER WENT THROUGH

Post install update: Unfortunately, I need to update my previous positive review. Shortly after the initial installation of my AC, I experienced severe flooding in my home. After tearing down walls and floors to investigate, it became clear that the AC installation was the cause of the flooding. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. The flooding wasn’t the only issue. I also had to call them because the insulation in the AC closet fell down, proving the unit was not secured properly during installation. To make matters worse, after just finishing my last payment for the AC unit (3 months) I’ve now been hit with unexpected costs to replace cabinetry in my kitchen, floors throughout my entire entry, which has been unusable for three months due to the damage. I am now financially upside down from these repairs, Fenwick has not answered my calls to management nor have they reached out or offered any assistance or resolution. While a service person (Christian) was eventually sent by Jesse a manager of sorts sent him, it was far too late, and no support has been provided to address the significant financial burden and stress this situation has caused. I strongly urge the Fenwick to take responsibility and reach out to resolve this matter. —————————- We first hired Fenwick to come for a tuneup to discover which we were not surprised that we are in need of a replacement AC unit which Christian immediately was able to find Tony to stop by the end of his route and give us support which I can say is very fair. A new unit is an investment and with really great service. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to working with them again in the future to install a new system .

Extremely satisfied. Out of 3 different companies quotes Fenwick heating and plumbing was the best price, came out on a Saturday, quickest to install, extremely friendly, salesperson Tony was top notch excellent, technicians were highly skilled and fast, unit Daikin Fit AC works quiet and cools house fast. Warranty excellent, 5 plus stars on the company and the manufacturer.

I have used Fenwick Services over the years for A/C and plumbing. Every time the service was on time with a professional tech. My recent interaction started with Fenwick started with a rather high electric bill and odd things going on with the heat system. I had a tune up scheduled and the technician was on time, very thorough after the inspection ,explaining the issue and giving options for fixing the issue. We chose to replace our a/c system. The comfort advisor, Tony, was our first person to interact with deciding what system was needed for our home. He was a true professional from the start. He explained the size systems available for our home and let the wife and I decide what would work for us. Set it up for install the following morning. The team installing our system were , in my opinion, top notch. Each crew member had a task during the process of steps from removal to install to finish. These 4 guys worked flawlessly to not get anothers way to complete the install process. Great job!
