Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!

Recently I was contacted by the local utility company that there was a water leak on my property that was being picked up in the meter box. I immediately contacted Fenwick Plumbing, whom I have used previously, and they were actually able to get someone to my house later that same afternoon. The plumber, Dale, arrived when he said he would and I told him everything was off inside and outside the house…..no water running. He immediately had an idea where the leak probably was and after some brief paperwork, which he explained thoroughly, he began to get after locating the leak and fixing it. As it turned out, the leak was exactly where he suspected it would be and despite about 2” of rain just before his arrival, he and a couple of helpers had me up and running in about an hours time. Because of all the water continually filling the meter box Dale could not reinstall the box completely and put all of the sand and dirt back. He told me that if we didn’t get more rain he would be back in a day or two to finish the job…..which he did two days later. I was very impressed with Dale’s knowledge and his efficiency in fixing the leak in the PVC pipe and as I have done before, I would highly recommend Fenwick Plumbing, especially Dale!!

Tevelle was very professional and thorough. He pointed out several problems. He said he could fix the problems but recommended a new system. We have had many different problems with the system and it would be best to get a new one. He attempted to correct the existing problem. The problem was leaking water and could be a major fix.

Absolutely great service, same day evening late. Kudos to Dayngel, he inspected the situation and was able to resolve within 1 hour. Our pipe to the shutoff valve outside broke and we had to shut off water for entire house. I called Fenwick and explained, this was about 6pm, they said that they will dispatch emergency call and someone would come between 8pm and midnight. Around 9 i received tracking email that Dayngel was on his way. He arrived around 9:30 and was done by 10:45-11pm. He cutoff the top and bottom piples and put in a new shutoff valve on the spot. Great job. Pictures show that the pipe brokeoff leaving the screw part inside the shutoff valve part. He replaced the screw pipe with an iron one and now it is new and sturdy.. I would have appreciated more if i was able to get a better price, but for the urgency and time element, i understand.

Daniel figure out the old sewer system which was quite difficult and diagnosed and solved the clog. He was professional and gracious. He cleaned up and made sure everything was perfect. I'm a returning customer of Fenwicks Plumbing, they've handled my problems for years now. This time, it was a major project, a repipe of my home due to a slab leak. The whole process went as smoothly as can be expected, given the nature of the problem. Darrell was great when he came out initially to access the situation and give us an estimate and came back throughout the project to make sure I was totally satisfied and his guys had everything they needed. John (Matt) was the lead man on our job. I don't have enough room to praise how great of a job he did. From his awesome attitude to the quality of the work performed, everything far exceeds any expectations I had. He was just a plain great, hard working, professional. Of course, he couldn't have finished the job without help. Gage was his right hand man, on top of whatever he needed and hammered out his work quickly and proficiently, it was like having 2 master plumbers on my job. Also had a little help on day 1 from Tino and Andrew, both very polite and personable guys. I can't forget Craig, Fenwick's Rinai specialist, that came to check up on an minor issue with my tankless water heater that ended up potentially saving our lives, our home, and the water heater. Again, a total professional and a gentleman, just like everyone l've ever met from this company. All in all, this is how ANY business should be done, across the board, not just plumbing.

Technician did an outstanding job - he first diagnosed a clog in the water drain, showed how he confirmed that, and then, when the AC kicked off when he didn't expect it, he went deeper and found a component was bad on the motherboard, and showed us how he detected that. Rafael diagnosed the problem, walked me through the water softener regeneration process, reset everything, good to go! Rafael came late on a Friday night to help us with a leak we had that was leading inside our concrete block wall. He explained all of the possible scenarios and options we had. After trying the first one the pipe collapsed because of old age. The logical next step was to have to chip open the concrete and access the next place to fix. However he was able to see back into the wall and said he might be able to pry out the remainder of the broken threads that remained. After what can only be described as SURGICAL procedure, he was able to remove the pieces and insert a new pipe like nothing ever happened. We cannot thank him enough and will only request his service moving forward! Thank you Rafael!

Called at 8am. Phone service was great and the technician (Fadi) showed up at 10. He went over the problem with us and explained everything. He came with everything needed. In two hours he had replaced the disposal unit and cleaned out the pipes. Service was excellent. He cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Great service!

Had to call Fenwick & Rafael came out this morning (Sunday) to check our toilet sewer drain. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do in order to give us an estimate. Ended up snaking the drain via the roof vent. He found a few small items and was able to remove them so hopefully there will be no further problems. I will note that he not only wore shoe covers (unlike the last company we had come out) and double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. We have used Fenwick in the past and have always been very satisfied with the work that they do.

We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. I have an older house built in the 60s with cast iron pipes. Needed to get a home inspection asap to change homeowners insurance after many home insurance companies bailed out of business in FL. The main issue was a clog in a bathroom sink along with polybutylene pea traps that had been previously installed at my house. I decided to obtain 3 estimates. Fenwick sent Joshua S. out to provide initial estimate, diagnostic work, and repair. I am 100% certain that Fenwick saved me hundreds of dollars on the cut out and repair of defective piping within a shared wall between kitchen and bath sink. Joshua noticed that he could access faulty bath sink drain piping through a panel under the kitchen sink. A competitor wanted to rip out my bathroom tile, wall, etc. to access the pipe. A tech (Andrew) was on the job within about an hour of my call, and found and repaired the problem right away. He was courteous, professional, and efficient.
