They even brought shoe covers so my floors weren't scratched. You don't see that often. However my budget wouldn't allow for all to be completed. Being very thoughtfully thorough, his work was performed with celerity, alacrity and utmost professionalism, skill and consideration! *** September 2025 Electrician Justin was again called to perform another phase of wiring another 8 recessed ceiling lights. As before, his professionalism and personal congeniality are deeply & genuinely appreciated. In a world inundated with mediocrity, as if it is normal, being able to experience excellence in such a robust and reliable way is inspiring. As our home renovation progresses, room by room, plan to call on Justin each time we need an electrician.

Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.

I would like to say that Justin was very professional and explained what he needed to do for the wife and I would understand before he did the work. He changed out our Kitchen lights to LED, what a big difference in the brightness in the kitchen. Different time 2months prior we had a new a/c and heat pump installed at our home and the service was also outstanding. I have to say that I will be using them again someday.

I've got nothing but trust for Fenwick services. They've never let me down or left me hanging. Today they replaced my hot water heater, technician was a good guy, did the job efficiently and was very friendly. Update to previous review, 5/28/25: had a weird PVC pipe fall off the side of my house. Couldn't figure out what it was or why it was there. Called Fenwick and they had me send them a picture to determine what service I needed. They sent out electrician Brian Shields who was very friendly, advised what the pipe was there encasing, and resolved the issue. He then inspected my breaker box, found an issue, and fixed it for less than it cost me to have a mechanic even look in the direction of my car. Very friendly. Fenwick has never let me down.

The service technician,Andrew who responded to today's service call. What I like about him was he explained what he was doing in layman's terms. And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. Fenwick will send their electrician out early tomorrow to service the electrical component of the problem. He was very manerable, and I will request Andrew for future services.
