Actually yes, the technician exceeded my expectations. Everything was organized for my convenience, they work on weekends too. I received a text when technician was on his way. Whatever other companies told me about my AC turned out not to be true, no mold inside, just water stains I wiped myself with paper towel. I don’t need to install anything else outside either. I called to get someone scheduled since the pipes on a project we did busted during this cold snap. Jennifer says she’s really busy and can’t help me and then hangs up in my face… The level of disrespect I just received after giving a company my business for so long is utterly unacceptable. We had emergency stopped up plumbing issue at 11:30 pm, causing all drains from the kitchen to the street to back up into the master shower. We called and a super customer service rep answered the phone on the 2nd ring! He scheduled a call for 8:00 am the next morning and Shawn arrived on time and promptly solved the issue in just a few minutes.... which begs the question Why was the charge almost $600? That was a surprise... Fenwick has always been reasonably priced for my customers... I was totally surprised by the charge. But, the service was great and Shawn was excellent.... he had super customer service skills.... courteous, friendly, and knew how to solve the problem quickly and effectively. Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. Rafael Serrano, the rep, arrived on time , analyzed and reviewed the the problem thoroughly. I selected the option based on price and availability. Two and a half hours later Rafael had obtained the replacement from the Fenwick warehouse, removed the leaking unit and installed a new unit. Rafael was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He left me totally impressed and satisfied, particularly never thinking when I called , I had any way of a Sunday resolution to my situation.

Summer in Jacksonville is NOT the time to be without AC! Coming home from a trip to find a wet and clogged and non functional unit was rough. Absolutely great service, same day evening late. Kudos to Dayngel, he inspected the situation and was able to resolve within 1 hour. Our pipe to the shutoff valve outside broke and we had to shut off water for entire house. I called Fenwick and explained, this was about 6pm, they said that they will dispatch emergency call and someone would come between 8pm and midnight. Around 9 i received tracking email that Dayngel was on his way. He arrived around 9:30 and was done by 10:45-11pm. He cutoff the top and bottom piples and put in a new shutoff valve on the spot. Great job. Pictures show that the pipe brokeoff leaving the screw part inside the shutoff valve part. He replaced the screw pipe with an iron one and now it is new and sturdy.. I would have appreciated more if i was able to get a better price, but for the urgency and time element, i understand.

A name and company you can trust for plumbing, heating and air. Living in Orange Park Florida, you know Florida weather can be bipolar during the winter. One day you’re running heat and the next you’re running your AC. I kicked on my AC on Saturday only to discover it wasn’t blowing cold air. I immediately jumped online and scheduled for a technician to come out. Always available and not outrageous for a weekend service check. Ryan was my technician for a scheduled appointment Sunday to determine issue and showed up at schedule window. Knowing the unit is 24 years old much of the parts and items have become obsolete and you can’t bandaid things any longer. Now to have estimate for getting things back in running order without issues. I called upon them for replacing AC on my deceased sisters home where my nieces reside. I’ve had them replace my water heater when that went out. Now I trust in them for my own AC/heating needs.

We were very impressed with Fenwick Home Service. We had a pipe break in a wall in our guest bath and the only way to stop it was to shut the water down in the entire house. I was able to call at 2:00 am in the morning and set up an appointment for the next day which was such a relief. Dale Willis was the plumber that arrived, on time and we were very impressed with his skills and professionalism. A problem that we thought would take days to resolve was fixed and our water was back on by the follwing afternoon. Tim and Shawn pulled off an incredible job. They fixed a deep water main break leading into the house, surrounded by roots, in a single morning. A task unable to be done by 3 other companies. With a respectful sense of urgency due to the entire neighborhood water needing to be shut off they located, excavated, and repaired the burst line in 4 hours. Both gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful explaining the process while they hit each step. Even going the extra mile and adding a raised shutoff valve for the main line before the yard so any future issues will not impact the other 15 homes in our community. Excellent work, couldn't praise these guys enough. Side note, Fenwick also repaired a water main break for another neighbor so after this you guys will be our 1st call moving forward.

I was home on a Monday holiday enjoying a day off outside & got the hose to spray off my pavers when I heard a loud sound “pop” and noticed no water was coming from the hose? But instead water was RUSHING out from the exterior wall of my house?! I ran inside & discovered several rooms had water coming in on the floors! I would like to give a shout out to Fenwick Home Services for a plumbing issue I encountered yesterday. I couldn't get my shower to turn off. My shower has a "one handle controller", pull to turn on, push to turn off, rotate left or right for hot or cold water. The round plastic handle came loose when I attempted to turn off the water. I attempted to turn off the water at the street, but was unable to do so. I couldn't access the water shut-off in the garage. I called Fenwick and requested emergency plumbing services. I explained the problem. Matthew Webb arrived a few hours later. He turned off the water at the street, took the handle off and checked the cartridge. The cartridge was ok, but the handle apparently was the original from 1978 when the house was built. It has tabs on the underside rim which some apparently broke off, and was the only replacement needed. Matthew had to leave to get the part, but was back in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my non-plumber explanations, and was very attentive to my questions. I enjoyed talking to him and wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your team. I couldn't be more pleased!

Great experience with Fenwick today. I dreaded calling a plumber on a Saturday, but I had an active leak and had to get it addressed. A tech (Andrew) was on the job within about an hour of my call, and found and repaired the problem right away. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price for this service call shocked me! (In a good way...) I will definitely use Fenwick again for any plumbing needs.
