The tech arrived at the beginning of the appointment and had to crawl out of my window at one point to get to the main unit and did it with a smile on his face. He was able to find some discounts for me and fixed the blockage in my shower drain without having to bring out the “big guns” which also kept the cost down. After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

Called and asked for a quote on phone, was refused, and said someone had to come out Forced to pay $89 to have someone quote me over $1000 to install a dishwasher $551 (in case you need a quote) - and that was "discounted for me" down from $750, replace a bathtub overflow plate -over $300 (in case you need that quote) and snake a drain over $250 (in case you need that quote), which the stopper was pulled and was left out and not replaced. I paid the ransom fee and sent them away. Handyman is coming to do dishwasher tomorrow for $300. I snaked my own drain with one of those $10 spikey zips from.Home Depot 5 minutes after he left, and another plumber is doing the overflow plate for half of what was quoted for that repair tomorrow as well. What a shame. Longtime customer. Won't return. It cost me $89 to learn that this company went from being my go-to over the years, to crooks.

Tim A. W/ the Jax Branch came out and cleared stubborn clogs from old vents/ drains that would have been much more costly if he had not been persistent enough to try alternatives. Tech explained different solutions to my problem of a clogged drain, then gave me the total price options. The solution to the problem was too expensive to be able to complete right now. He tried the less expensive route, but that didn’t work, so I paid for the service call and his time, which was fine. I really appreciate him being up front with cost, etc.

We were taken advantage of from a Jacksonville company when we needed help. DO NOT use this company for any plumbing, cooling or heating needs even if it’s an emergency. Please read the following: We called FENWICK for assistance with our HVAC. During a recent cold snap our HVAC system froze and required immediate attention. A technician arrived and said he couldn’t work on the system until it was defrosted. If it wasn’t frosted that night, he wasn’t sure when he or any other associate could return. He said it would cost $188.00 to defrost the system. For over an hour the associate and I, in freezing temperatures, late in the evening, using hot water from our bathroom tub and our buckets, defrosted the unit. He diagnosed the problem and said we needed a Heat Pump Defroster Sensor. (part number: HH18HA279). The part had to be ordered and would take 5 to 7 days and the part would cost $441.00. Installation could take another 5 to 7 days. FENWICK charged us $89.00 for the service visit and $188.00 to defrost the unit. The part was installed about a week later. While waiting for the part I went to their web site and found that 3 coupons were available but were not offered. We asked the technician why he didn’t offer the coupons to which he replied “that’s up to you”. I took a photo of the part number and found that the part was sold by FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS. I found the part on-line for $31.00 and that it was available from Amazon and could be delivered free the next day. The final cost was $490.00 for the installation of a $31.00 part. After questioning the cost, FENWICK offered to waive the $89.00 service fee and offered to honor the coupons we found on-line from their web site. Our final cost was $530.00 ($342.00 plus $188.00) for the service call. Caveat Emptor!

Were insistent on cleaning up all areas inside and out. Did not waste time in any point in a 3 hour process. I will only use Fenwick from now on for plumbing issues. Saved me at least $3,000 based on an alternate assessment of the problem.

I have an older house built in the 60s with cast iron pipes. Needed to get a home inspection asap to change homeowners insurance after many home insurance companies bailed out of business in FL. The main issue was a clog in a bathroom sink along with polybutylene pea traps that had been previously installed at my house. I decided to obtain 3 estimates. Fenwick sent Joshua S. out to provide initial estimate, diagnostic work, and repair. I am 100% certain that Fenwick saved me hundreds of dollars on the cut out and repair of defective piping within a shared wall between kitchen and bath sink. Joshua noticed that he could access faulty bath sink drain piping through a panel under the kitchen sink. A competitor wanted to rip out my bathroom tile, wall, etc. to access the pipe. Professional, reasonable, smart, and fast is how I'd like to describe Fenwick Home Services. I now know who to call when I need plumbing in the future. Thank you, Fenwick!

Fenwick is fast, capable, and honest. A plumber from another company arrived late to look at our hot water heater, poked at the pilot light, and then pitched us a $4,100 replacement. I called Fenwick the next day and their tech arrived on time, cleared out some dust, performed some much-needed maintenance, and charged me $149 for a standard service call. They are my new best friends.

Overall, great experience with Fenwick. First time ever having to call a plumber. Did some routine checking on my end unit I needed some professional advice. I called Fenwick around 2PM and they were able to send someone out same-day for a leak in our guest bathroom. Ron was great. Professional, experienced, and didn’t mind me asking some questions while occasionally watching him survey the issue. He chatted through options, ideas, and even taught me a thing or two along the way. After about 2 hours from start to finish, Ron fixed our issue, gave me his card, and now we’ve developed a trusting relationship with Fenwick. Out the door price was cheaper than I expected, which was fantastic. I’ll be using them again if we ever need a plumber in the future (knock on wood we won’t).
