Brenden was great, very professional and knowledgeable ! Came to the door ready to fix my problem, outstanding. This was for our NG line to our whole home generator, a short piece of the line had corroded and needed replaced. Fenwick scheduling was fantastic, actually able to pick the time I needed. All around excellent company to work with, they do ALL our home installs & repairs.

On Thursday, January 15, 2025, I called Fenwick Home Services to have a water softener installed at our residence. I was scheduled in for the next morning and was impressed by the quickness of the appointment. The next morning and on time, Plumber Technician, Rafael Serrano, of Fenwick Home Services, came to our house and installed the Whirlpool water softener. He could not have been more competent, professional and polite. He stayed focused and got the job completed well. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Five stars and highly recommended!

FENWICK WAYCHOFF came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. I thought A/C repairs would take weeks. Not only was I able to book an appt at 8:30pm for the next day, but the repairs were completed the same day! Technician, Austin, explained the issue, repairs needed, and costs thoroughly (and in terms 2 non-mechanical homeowners could easily understand 😅). I am amazed at the service we received and still in shock that it’s completely fixed after one visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Elmer was my technician to do a routine inspection for our A/C. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the service, finds and recommendations. Called and told me when he would be at the house and the company sent an email to tracking map on where he was to the house. Great communication and follow up on service afterwards. Had a blocked garbage disposal drain. I called for service @ 6p but still had half a sink I could use so immediate service wasnt needed. Got an appointment for first thing this morning. I received an email and text they were on the way and Nathan arrived 10 minutes later. He evaluated the situation, provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done including the cost(which included a senior discount as well as 2 others) and length of time he needed. I authorized the work and he got to work. i was thrilled i didn't need a new machine! He explained everything he was doing along the way and cleared the blockage. He educated me on proper use of which I honestly wasn't aware of a few things and also taught me how to clean the disposal; who knew!!!! Wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if ever needed.

Appointment was for between the hours of 12-3. I also asked if that meant it would be COMPLETED DURING THAT TIME. The person on the phone said the service should not take more than 30 minutes outside that window. Tech showed up at 2:45. Tech sat in his vehicle for 10 minutes. Tech finally does his job and rings the doorbell at 2:55. The service takes until 3:58 Tech goes to his van and sits on his phone for 24 minutes before finally coming back with paperwork. I will specifically request this tech never steps ony property again.

WOW…That’s how a service call should go! I was thoroughly impressed from the time I scheduled the appointment online, to the impeccable services provided by their tech Adam branch. I was kept informed every step of the way, including when Adam did his diagnostics, troubleshooting and recommendations for fixing our air conditioning system. True professionals!!! He told me about the services the company provides but was not pushy. He answered every question and dispelled some Myths I asked about. I once again had my units serviced by Fenwick. I requested Christian Sharp again. This young man does excellent work. He has pride in his work and it shows. I had Asia in the office schedule the service call and she was excellent as well. She was very effective and efficient. Christian is very consistent with his high level of work. He is very thorough and efficient in his work. He is knowledgeable and explains everything that he does. As long as I’m in North Florida I’ll be using Fenwick and Christian Sharp will be doing my HVAC work.

I had a plumbing problem and contacted Fenwick Home Services. They scheduled me for the next day. They verified the appointment via email. The next day, they sent me a text when their representative was on the way and his ETA. The representative arrived on time, identified himself, and wore shoe covers to protect our floors. He was very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. When complete, we paid him and almost immediately received an emailed receipt. I highly recommend Fenwick!

And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. We had a new hot water heater and also added new lines and drain so our condo unit could have a washer and dryer. They worked through the different challenges working with the limited spaces for both projects. Foremost, the plumbers were very professional and courteous and kept us up to speed on progress, and whenever a decision was needed they gave us the different options to solve it. Online scheduling of appointment was convenient and simple. They followed up with a confirmation text and additional questions about the issue, to make sure the technician was prepared. Technician emailed and texted me prior to arrival and was prompt to the scheduled arrival. Cody, the technician was tidy, had everything he needed to examine equipment, determined the faulty part, and quickly gave an estimate for repair. Cody replaced faulty part, had my equipment back in working order and made sure my home was back up and running correctly. Cody did a great job, was very professional, and skilled at his work. We had an issue with your AC unit at a rental property recent, and since it’s Florida, all AC issues feel like emergencies. Our technician, Ryan, was very helpful, clearly communicated the issue, and shared options for resolution. This was very important to me as I was not on location. He was extremely professional and sent me all the documentation of the service via email. Fenwick’s call center was quick to provide information on prices and scheduling and the company is reasonably priced and responsive to emergency or urgent situations - we would use them again and recommend them!

His installation was very clean. I called Fenwick at 6:55am and they had an 8-12pm window, Brendan showed up at 8:35am, and by end of day the installation was completed. They had competitive prices with the added coupon as well as labor warranty. I called Fenwick's as my tankless hot water heater was not working. They experience from the call to the follow up was great. I got a text with the tech's name , a picture and about them. Totally blew me away. They sent me a message when he would arrive and he did. He was very thorough found problem, gave me total. He spent a couple hours handling the issues and then checked his work making sure he would not leave until I had hot water. Matt Gray was my tech and exceeded expectations and I was impressed every step of the way. I have renovated lots of homes and never had such a great experience that the entire plumbing company paid attention to the client!

I was notified via text email and call that my tech would be arriving in 20 minutes Christian took his time to correctly troubleshoot the issue. Woke up finding out I needed a hot water tank. Immediately called Fenwick and then scheduled Michael Bowen to come to the rescue. He did a great job providing me options and educating me. Kept me informed on what he was doing and also made sure I confirmed the repairs after he was finished. Great work and I would recommend. Thank you Michael for brightening my day.

We had a kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. I called Fenwick Plumbing on Saturday, and as it was no rush, they could schedule someone to come that fit in their schedule. Dispatch scheduled a time for Monday and I was given 2 time slots to choose from. Amazing response time, I was not expecting an appointment that fast. The plumber that came out was highly skilled, very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The new faucet was in place and working within an hour. I am glad that I called Fenwick Plumbing, it's good to know who you can call to make things right.

We had a plumbing issue and from my initial phone call for service to the repairman (Jesse) I was amazed by the professionalism and courtesy. The office coordinator took all pertinent information and said a service technician would be at our property within a four hour window. Numerous text updates kept us informed of Jesse’s arrival to include a picture of him. “Nice touch”. Upon his arrival, he was very respectful, courteous and detailed. He provided reasonable quote and we had the work done. He walked us through the warranty paperwork, detailed invoice. Thank you Fenwick Group. You have a great staff.

Making an appointment was easy and could be done online. Aaron, my tech, was polite and professional and answered all my questions. He also gave me some suggestions on how I can improve my water quality and prolong the life of my appliances and plumbing system. Had to call again for another issue and Craig did a great job. Fixed up the prior owner's home handyman job and now everything works the way it's supposed to.

I was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours of calling! The young lady who made the appointment was very professional and patient with me as I explained my two requests. The technician special ordered what was needed as it was "unique". He explained all of this thoroughly & professionally. The technician found a unique part for my faucet and installed it. He will obtain an additional part needed and bring when the special order arrives. He went far beyond what I expected with the challenges. And he was so professional and pleasant. And he explained everything to me. I appreciate the technician and Fenwick Plumbing!

Late on Friday, 8/6/21, our Carrier air handler began leaking condensate water onto the floor. After trying to identify and fix the problem myself, I began searching for a reputable A/C repair company on Yelp. I discovered Fenwick Services had good customer reviews. At first, I scheduled an 8am to 12pm appointment for Saturday, 8/7/21, using online form on Fenwick’s website. However, the system sent me text message with a Sunday, 8/8/21 appointment. So, I called and spoke with the evening receptionist who quickly revised the appointment to my original Saturday timeslot. I want to give special thanks to that receptionist for providing outstanding customer service late on a Friday evening. The next day, I received an email confirmation that my HVAC technician would be Jesses Wilson. Jesse arrived on time, dressed in a clean and professional uniform. After introducing himself, he quickly got to work assessing and correctly diagnosing the cause of my leak, which was a partially clogged drain pipe and a malfunctioning emergency shutoff float switch. Jesse cleared the blockage and, reinstalled new PVC pipe leading out of the air handler and a new shutoff switch. The new pipe installation included an access port with a cover, enabling me to treat the drain with white vinegar flush once a month to help keep the drain clear. This is a feature I hadn’t had before. The repair job took 90 minutes to complete and test and was done for a very reasonable price, especially for a Saturday (My HVAC systems have always seemed to fail on weekends, holidays, and evenings ). I was truly blessed to find Fenwick Services and to have Jesse Wilson as my HVAC Technician that day. Fenwick Services now has a new and loyal customer for life! Kudos to the entire Fenwick Services team for providing exceptional technical and customer services!

Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectations We have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher. Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours - phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind - installers were on time as scheduled. - the unit got well installed and its working great Will definitely call them again if needed.
