I had a hot water slab leak and decided to repipe instead of tear up the foundation looking for the leak. Michael and Jeremy did the work. They were professional, tidy and friendly. They even took care enough to cover the lower holes so my cats wouldn't be tempted to squeeze inside. There was some unique challenges with my home but they worked through them. Every hole they cut in the walls was purposeful and done neatly. Emad expertly patched all the drywall. The supervisor Craig came by on different occasions to check on the work. The repiping took about 3 and a half days including the inspection. I also had my 17 year old water heater replaced and am already seeing much lower electricity usage. Considering the work done and a couple other estimates the price was fair. I'm happy with the work and glad I chose Fenwick.

Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. The service technicians, Dillon and Sean, were on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was given options for repair or replace of the water heater. Dillon showed me the problems with the water heater and I chose to get a new one. Work was done within a couple of hours, total! I checked the average price of remove/install of a water heater in Jacksonville FL and Fenwick’s charges were in the mid range. Three months after the new water heater was installed I began having a sulfur smell from the water spigots in the kitchen and b.r. I contacted Fenwick and a ‘technician’ was sent out and told me the water heater was too new to have problems. I asked him to raise the temp only the water heater thermostat and he told me he raised it ‘5 degrees’. Within a few days the smell from the hot water faucet got worse and I called a real plumber. He determined that the water heater temp was too low. When he checked the thermostat it was 125 degrees, meaning that the set up temp. was 120 degrees. He upped the temperature to 140 degrees, drained the water tank, ran water through the house faucets and the odor has gone away. I would like to be reimbursed for the $89.00 service fee Fenwick charged me for that three months visit.

I've got nothing but trust for Fenwick services. They've never let me down or left me hanging. Today they replaced my hot water heater, technician was a good guy, did the job efficiently and was very friendly. Update to previous review, 5/28/25: had a weird PVC pipe fall off the side of my house. Couldn't figure out what it was or why it was there. Called Fenwick and they had me send them a picture to determine what service I needed. They sent out electrician Brian Shields who was very friendly, advised what the pipe was there encasing, and resolved the issue. He then inspected my breaker box, found an issue, and fixed it for less than it cost me to have a mechanic even look in the direction of my car. Very friendly. Fenwick has never let me down.

I'm a returning customer of Fenwicks Plumbing, they've handled my problems for years now. This time, it was a major project, a repipe of my home due to a slab leak. The whole process went as smoothly as can be expected, given the nature of the problem. Darrell was great when he came out initially to access the situation and give us an estimate and came back throughout the project to make sure I was totally satisfied and his guys had everything they needed. John (Matt) was the lead man on our job. I don't have enough room to praise how great of a job he did. From his awesome attitude to the quality of the work performed, everything far exceeds any expectations I had. He was just a plain great, hard working, professional. Of course, he couldn't have finished the job without help. Gage was his right hand man, on top of whatever he needed and hammered out his work quickly and proficiently, it was like having 2 master plumbers on my job. Also had a little help on day 1 from Tino and Andrew, both very polite and personable guys. I can't forget Craig, Fenwick's Rinai specialist, that came to check up on an minor issue with my tankless water heater that ended up potentially saving our lives, our home, and the water heater. Again, a total professional and a gentleman, just like everyone l've ever met from this company. All in all, this is how ANY business should be done, across the board, not just plumbing.

My gas water heater stopped working. Frank was my technician. He was very prompt, very professional and very nice. He had to replace some electrical parts inside the water heater. The job was completed within an hour and we have hot water again. Thank you so much, Frank. 2nd review for Fenwick Plumbing. Google doesn’t allow two reviews for the same company so I’m adding a second review. My gas water heater broke again a few months after Frank fixed it. It wasn’t Franks fault it was the water heater itself. It broke on a Saturday night and Justin from Fenwick was at my house first thing Sunday morning. He got it running again and I wasn’t charged anything, but the next day it went out again. I called Fenwick back. The next morning Cody and his partner (Kody with a K) came out. Cody told me what could possibly be causing the pilot to keep going out and I decided I was done with the gas heater and wanted a new electric one. Cody explained everything to me and spent time giving me different options. I decided to get the new water heater that day. Cody did a phenomenal job. He disconnected the gas water heater, capped the gas line and drained and removed the water heater. A brand new electric water heater was at my house an hour later. Cody made sure my electrical was correct for the new water heater and then installed it. When he was finished he double checked everything and cleaned the area so that it was spotless. When he gave me the bill he had taken off what I was charged when Fenwick initially came out a few months prior for the original repair of the gas heater. I plan to change out my gas range next and I am going to ask for Cody. He’s a specialist when it comes to gas, he’s very knowledgeable and he’s very nice. I’m very comfortable with him working on my house.

On Wednesday Oct 30th, Matt and Paul came to look and our tankless hot water heater which had stopped working. They were very personable and quickly began to diagnose the problem, which was determined that it was in dire need of being cleaned. They worked for quite a while to clean it, even pausing to take pictures of the process. They kept me Informed of everything they were doing and answered all questions that I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that it was being done right. They also had other suggestions about my water softener system, which I appreciated. When they finished, we had hot water! The bill was reasonable as well. My husband and I really appreciate the services provided by Matt and Paul, especially since they came all the way from Jacksonville to Glen St Mary, which was more than many others were willing to do. Some companies never even returned our calls. We had an exceptional experience with this company and its employees. We appreciate all they did for us and would highly recommend them. We had an Awesome experience!! Our water heater started leaking unexpectedly. When we called Fenwick, we did not expect to have someone out to our house within 1 hour of our call.
