I reached out to 4 companies when I experienced a main water line break. Three kids and 2 dogs with no water is no fun! Fenwick was fastest to be available and I am thankful. Patrick was so great! Friendly, clear communicator that made me feel confident in trusting the company. He was fast and explained what was going to happen when needed. I was actually happy with the price!!! I would absolutely use Fenwick again, and will ask for Patrick :)

This company and there hard workers especially Rafel is amazing. Very respectable and honest. I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. They are highly knowledgeable and are just amazing. I’ve needed them a few times and every time has been the same. There energy when they come to your house is like family and they just are very sweet guys. If I could give 100 ⭐️s I would. Highly recommend.

Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. Rafael Serrano, the rep, arrived on time , analyzed and reviewed the the problem thoroughly. I selected the option based on price and availability. Two and a half hours later Rafael had obtained the replacement from the Fenwick warehouse, removed the leaking unit and installed a new unit. Rafael was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He left me totally impressed and satisfied, particularly never thinking when I called , I had any way of a Sunday resolution to my situation.
