Recently I contacted Fenwick on Sunday afternoon about a propane water heater badly leaking from the bottom. To my surprise they said they could have a service rep to my house by 4 pm that afternoon. Rafael Serrano, the rep, arrived on time , analyzed and reviewed the the problem thoroughly. I selected the option based on price and availability. Two and a half hours later Rafael had obtained the replacement from the Fenwick warehouse, removed the leaking unit and installed a new unit. Rafael was outstanding in all aspects of the job. He left me totally impressed and satisfied, particularly never thinking when I called , I had any way of a Sunday resolution to my situation.

Fenwick Waychoff’s came highly recommended by a local realtor, and they sent out Jareld who absolutely took care of us! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Jareld took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my system was running efficiently before he left. Fenwick’s response to a middle of the night plumbing emergency could not have been better. Prices are reasonable. All staff were more than just friendly, they were proactive and their superior level of competence eased my worry. The plumber who came out did such an efficient job, I scheduled a second appointment before he left my house to check off some to-do items. I’m so grateful I found them! What a breath of fresh air!

Appointment was for between the hours of 12-3. I also asked if that meant it would be COMPLETED DURING THAT TIME. The person on the phone said the service should not take more than 30 minutes outside that window. Tech showed up at 2:45. Tech sat in his vehicle for 10 minutes. Tech finally does his job and rings the doorbell at 2:55. The service takes until 3:58 Tech goes to his van and sits on his phone for 24 minutes before finally coming back with paperwork. I will specifically request this tech never steps ony property again.

Ron A. was polite, professional and very informative. I could tell the prices are set at corporate without him saying a word but just clicking on his tablet, however he did what he could to provide corporate provided coupons to make it a reasonable for corporate, him and me given the scope of the project. Ron A was great overall.
