They treated my 73-year-old mother with the utmost respect and generous care, completely alleviating her fears of being taken advantage of. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, with no price gouging, just honest and reliable work. If you have elderly parents or young families, these are the people you want taking care of them. We feel incredibly blessed and grateful for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Fenwick services! I called them in the morning to get a new tankless water heater and they had it installed by the end of the same day. It works great and I couldn’t be happier with the great service and professional attitude.

The technician was prompt and did a great job. There is only one thing I wish he (and we had the hot water heater replaced the day before) both men did a great job. The only negative is on the clean out of both units, but did not clean up the debris. I just had new mulch laid and it would have been great for the guys to bring along a mat or something to collect the debris from what they are doing.

David, the technician, came here to service my A/C . He was super thorough and even took the time to show me and explain to me the whole diagnostic report on his tablet. This is entirely taking it to the next level. Never had a technician so thorough. I guess it has something to do with Fenwick and Waycoff’s joining forces.
