We've used Waychoff for hvac and electric since we bought the house two and a half years ago. I guess they recently merged with fenwick plumbing? Experiences with hvac have been outstanding so we've been using them exclusively and gave spend thousands with them over the last couple years. Fenwick plumbing was a wildly different experience. Quoted $89 over the phone for "home visit and diagnostic". They even checked the call recording, that's what they said. The plumber came and did the diag. Diag determined nothing was wrong and no repairs were needed. Time to collect payment and he told us the total was $150. The explanation was that since he had to walk around the house and check faucets it was an inspection and the diagnostic quote didn't cover it. Unfortunately for all of us, I'm not paying more because your company terminology is different than the English language and you didn't see fit to clarify at any point before payment collection. After I insisted that I would not be paying more than the quoted price for the diagnostic, since it was indebatably a diagnostic, the manager on the phone threw a little tantrum and said they'll just charge us nothing at all and cancel our upcoming electrical appointment. It was clear that this lack of communication is consistently a problem for them. If you're consistently having this same issue with customers, it's not the customer. This is an easy fix that was handled in such a way that you lost a long term customer (one that's going to need a new hvac system withinin the next few years). If I were the owner I would be furious with this manager.

Absolutely the service was superb. Brian is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I would not ever hesitate to use them again. They installed a full ac system on my rental house to and love it!!! So yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Due to the cold weather in Jacksonville,Florida recently , we discovered several broken water pipes. The Technician, Andrew Mitchell, was prompt in keeping our appointment. He diagnosed the problem and went to work immediately. He expertly repaired the broken damaged pipes and temporarily fixed the drywall. He assured me the company would be reaching out on Monday complete final drywall replacement. Andrew displayed confidence in his work. Thank you to the Fenwick team and Andrew for getting the leaks fixed promptly without damage to the walls.

On Wednesday Oct 30th, Matt and Paul came to look and our tankless hot water heater which had stopped working. They were very personable and quickly began to diagnose the problem, which was determined that it was in dire need of being cleaned. They worked for quite a while to clean it, even pausing to take pictures of the process. They kept me Informed of everything they were doing and answered all questions that I had. They were extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable that it was being done right. They also had other suggestions about my water softener system, which I appreciated. When they finished, we had hot water! The bill was reasonable as well. My husband and I really appreciate the services provided by Matt and Paul, especially since they came all the way from Jacksonville to Glen St Mary, which was more than many others were willing to do. Some companies never even returned our calls. We had an exceptional experience with this company and its employees. We appreciate all they did for us and would highly recommend them.
