Had my regular Spring Maintenance check up. The Tech, Dylan Smith, was very nice and knowledgeable. He asked me if I had concerns or questions about the system before he even started. He answered all my questions and shared info with me. He work very quickly. He wore shoe covers, so there was no clean up needed on my part. I was very pleased. Thank you very much for employing Tech's like Dylan. He represented your company well.

Fadi arrived on schedule, was very polite and professional and proceeded to assess the problem (a leaky toilet). He diligently worked to get everything done properly, checking all possible causes for the leak. He was very respectful of the fact that I have a 2-year old in my home and the need to keep the doors closed and the front door locked when he had to go out to the truck. I can only say good things about the service he provided. He is a stellar employee and a great representative of the Fenwick company.

We had a great technician named Jesse come out and replaced our water heater. They were very efficient I believe they got to my house around 930/940 for the estimate and had it replaced and running hot water by noon. They were very professional and personable!

I had a great experience with Fenwick. I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and they sent a tech promptly. Dayngel was great and was able to replace a stud in one of my sinks in 5 minutes to stop the water from coming in. It was a great relief and I highly recommend Fenwick for emergency plumbing needs.
