Fadi arrived on schedule, was very polite and professional and proceeded to assess the problem (a leaky toilet). He diligently worked to get everything done properly, checking all possible causes for the leak. He was very respectful of the fact that I have a 2-year old in my home and the need to keep the doors closed and the front door locked when he had to go out to the truck. I can only say good things about the service he provided. He is a stellar employee and a great representative of the Fenwick company.

Fenwick Home Services, specifically Patrick and Josh, did such an amazing job! I knew I had to deal with a leak, 2 broken shower handles and an outdated water heater. I called Fenwick just to get a quote on the water heater but because of Patrick and Josh’s amazing customer service, I went ahead and had them take care of the remaining issues. Ended up having an emergency situation with water bubbling up out of my yard thanks to a tree root hitting a pipe. A neighbor recommended Fenwick and I have found my new plumbing company! Khan was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about his service. So kind and knowledgeable. Took time to thoroughly explain everything to me step by step from the issue at hand through the repairs to the end result. He was fast and efficient with the repairs. The customer service I encountered at the office was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you for making a very stressful situation less stressful and for the top notch service! Khan deserves many kudos!!! Will recommended your company to anyone looking for a plumber. 😊
