Fenwick arrived within 30 min of my call, diagnosed the issue (I thought I needed a new water heater) informed me of my options to repair or replace water heater. I really appreciate the quick turn around, information and the very competitive price.

Sorry, Very unprofessional account manager, where i requested to clarify the bill and willing to work with him on invoice. he just hangs up and say we will put this invoice in collection. I guess he doesn't care about company is incurring expense due to his action, he just cares about his salary. Got a bill for 40 minutes job for $550. Please don't use them.

Broken water inlet pipe at 1 pm on a Sunday. Called Fenwick and they said someone would be available 2-6. Steven arrived at 3, discussed how he could repair the broken pipe, and had it completely repaired in an hour. Tremendous job and excellent customer service.
