My technician's name was Brian. He was prompt and did excellent work. He hung my light in the foyer and explained in detail what he was doing and also repaired the electrical receptacle in the kitchen. He was very efficient.

We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. At 6:30 we realized that we had no hot water. Called Fenwick who had installed the heater about 10 years ago. By 8:30 two uniformed techs were at our door, diagnosed the issue, explained our options and began to work. By 3:00 they had installed our new tankless propane heater and we had plenty of hot water. Smoothest service you could ask for. Would recommend Fenwick to anyone who wants quality products, proper installation and fast, hassle free, service.
