We experienced a plumbing leak under our foundation Saturday evening (commonly known as a "slab leak") which required total household water shut off. We called Fenwick Services on Sunday for an evaluation and quote. Fenwick service professional was at our home within 2 hours. Rafael Serrano (Technician) was assigned to our home and we couldn't be more happy with the professional service he provided! 100% On time! 100% experienced to handle the slab leak. 100% Informative through the process! 100% Kind and Caring! 100% efficient and 100% Tidy! Zachary Andrews did an excellent job. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In the past, I was a Service Tech myself, and eventually managed Service Technicians for almost 20yrs. The way Zachary conducted himself and the proficiency that he showed, is what I used to teach my techs and are how things should be done. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. Michael and Michael Bowen (Sr and Jr) came over and fixed our fallen garbage disposal, or should I say reinstall the one we’d poorly done ourselves. Professional, witty, knowledgeable, courteous… I mean, there are not enough adjectives to describe these two gentleman. Literally left it all better than when they came here. Cleaned up their mess and the one I’d made. I’d one hundred percent recommend!!!
