They were thorough and My system is now good as new. I had the system flushed as well which saved me another appointment. Brian was my technician. He went way beyond what he had to do. He found the problem quickly and fixed it and then he said this pole is really leaning dangerously. Do you got a piece of wood? I said sure I got him a piece of wood and he fixed the pole that was holding everything up. I had a meeting with Holly W. first who was extremely professional and helpful. I am not a huge fan of sales meetings, but she was so personable and I could tell she truly wanted to help me find the best solution for my home. I was then able to get an appointment next day. The installers Dylan and Caleb exceeded my expectations. Dylan was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They both worked diligently to make sure my AC was installed properly and Dylan took the time to walk me through how to use and take care of the system. I am so happy with my experience and glad I chose Fenwick home services for my AC installation!
