My assigned technician Larry was on time and quickly diagnosed my system for a very reasonable price. Another company arranged through my property manager quoted an 8k system replacement or 4k repair on my unit which is only 7 years. Thank you Fenwick for having honest reliable service technicians who are not trying to rob you for a common defrost sensor repair.

Charge too much to unclog bathroom bathtub drain. I have their insurance. 15% off. Charged over $300 to unclog drain with a power drain cleaner tool. Disappointed.may have to reconsider renewal of insurance.

Called at 8am. Phone service was great and the technician (Fadi) showed up at 10. He went over the problem with us and explained everything. He came with everything needed. In two hours he had replaced the disposal unit and cleaned out the pipes. Service was excellent. He cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Great service!
