Called at 8am. Phone service was great and the technician (Fadi) showed up at 10. He went over the problem with us and explained everything. He came with everything needed. In two hours he had replaced the disposal unit and cleaned out the pipes. Service was excellent. He cleaned up and it was like it never happened. Great service!

We discovered a leak in the hose bib on the outside of our home this morning and immediately called Fenwick Services based on our previous good experience with the company. Joshua Stricklin, our Fenwick technician arrived promptly in the time frame we were promised, assessed the matter and provided a clear solution and affordable cost for resolving the leak. He was able to fix the leak quickly with minimal inconvenience. He was courteous and professional at all times. My second time using this company in an emergency situation. I called late in the evening (spoke to an human) and told them what was the problem and they had a technician out first thing in the morning. The technician Fadi Atlyari was very professional. I initially thought the problem was worse than it was and he replaced the Delta shower valve and cartridge with Moen without having to gut out my shower.
