On the day before my 40th birthday house party, my home started not heating well. At 5:30am day of the party I got desperate and decided to message Fenwick because they we one of the very few 24 hour service companies. They showed up by 4:30pm same day. My tech Michael was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He answered my millions of questions and fully assessed what was going on. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do day of but he gave me all the info I needed to remedy my issue. I'm so grateful. I would use them again in a flash. Highly recommend. Ask for Michael if you get AC service. He was great.

I had Fenwick come out and do an estimate for some work. Fenwick was expensive, so I went with a different company. Now Fenwick keeps sending me a $1,400 invoice every day for work that they never did.

Extremely satisfied. Out of 3 different companies quotes Fenwick heating and plumbing was the best price, came out on a Saturday, quickest to install, extremely friendly, salesperson Tony was top notch excellent, technicians were highly skilled and fast, unit Daikin Fit AC works quiet and cools house fast. Warranty excellent, 5 plus stars on the company and the manufacturer.

Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left! The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.
