Our service tech, Patrick is the best!!! Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, informative. What more can a customer ask for? The staff at Fenwick kept me updated with texts, emails and phone calls ... the contacts were not overbearing. It is quite apparent Fenwick is customer service focused. Fenwick is my only call for plumbing services. Thank you.

The service was quick prompt, and the price was reasonable. I showed the technician where I was having an issue and he quickly told me what he could do and how much it would cost me. I would recommend this company again as well as I would use them again.

Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.
