Zachary Andrews did an excellent job. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In the past, I was a Service Tech myself, and eventually managed Service Technicians for almost 20yrs. The way Zachary conducted himself and the proficiency that he showed, is what I used to teach my techs and are how things should be done. He was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. If all of Fenwick's service guys are of the same caliber as Zachary, then I suspect that their company will be around for generations to come. Thank you, Rob Adams.

We hired Fenwick Services / Waychoff’s AC to address an issue with our Daikin system. Over the course of a month, we paid $1,636.78 for two new dampers after their technician insisted that was the definitive fix. Not only did the repair fail to solve the problem, but our home actually got hotter — rising from 74–76° before service to 82–85° afterward. Multiple visits followed, but their own manager later admitted the damper replacement was ineffective and that a Daikin representative was required. Despite promising to schedule that visit, I discovered days later they hadn’t even contacted Daikin. Meanwhile, my family has been left in an unsafe situation with a 7-month-old baby in 85° heat. I am now forced to hire another HVAC company to properly diagnose and repair the system. I have requested a full refund of $1,636.78 and am preparing a formal complaint to file with state regulators. I cannot recommend this company due to misdiagnosis, ineffective repairs, and failure to follow through on their commitments.

Matthew was very professional and thorough. Our only disappointment was that, due to a full maintenance schedule when we called, we couldn’t have our semiannual inspection done more timely.

David, the technician, came here to service my A/C . He was super thorough and even took the time to show me and explain to me the whole diagnostic report on his tablet. This is entirely taking it to the next level. Never had a technician so thorough. I guess it has something to do with Fenwick and Waycoff’s joining forces.

Today I had one of the most professional and patient service technician from Fenwick. William was very polite and courteous and he demonstrated extreme patience as he installed (2) thermostats for my existing units. One of the thermostats that I provided was damaged and William took the time to drive and get another one. I know the time that was taken from his day is very valuable, but he made me feel like my installations were more valuable. That’s the kind of service that I seek especially when it comes to my HVAC units. Great Job William! You have gained a repeat customer with Fenwick.
