My technician Ben far exceeded my expectations. Courteous, took time to educate me and answer all my questions. I didn't even have to ask to add the coupon savings. Online scheduling of appointment was convenient and simple. They followed up with a confirmation text and additional questions about the issue, to make sure the technician was prepared. Technician emailed and texted me prior to arrival and was prompt to the scheduled arrival. Cody, the technician was tidy, had everything he needed to examine equipment, determined the faulty part, and quickly gave an estimate for repair. Cody replaced faulty part, had my equipment back in working order and made sure my home was back up and running correctly. Cody did a great job, was very professional, and skilled at his work. I would highly recommend Fenwick and Cody.
