The technician came in for his quarterly maintenance… he did his inspection, changed the filter cleaned the Unit , flushed the drain, He kept his work area, clean, was inconspicuous… He didn’t try and up sell me, Did what he had to do and left. That is my expectations

John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. Fenwick is lucky to have such talented people on their team. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy company with fair prices. Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen.
