Broken water inlet pipe at 1 pm on a Sunday. Called Fenwick and they said someone would be available 2-6. Steven arrived at 3, discussed how he could repair the broken pipe, and had it completely repaired in an hour. Tremendous job and excellent customer service.

I could not be more satisfied with the work Craig did in replacing my water heater, master bath toilet, and kitchen faucet. All of the work was done neatly, and Craig left the areas he worked in cleaner than when he started. I have called on Fenwick Home Services over many years now, and that is because they consistently do the type of topnotch work that Craig did today.

Technician was fantastic. Issue was the appointment was scheduled on 9/12, for 9/16, 2-6pm. A technician was sent on 9/13 (Sat). Called on 9/16 to confirm appointment, was told it was cancelled. Transferred to Electric Dept; they were able to deliver on appointment on 9/16. Please TRAIN your customer technician schedulers to check appointment times.
