Elmer was my technician to do a routine inspection for our A/C. He was very professional and detailed in explaining the service, finds and recommendations. Called and told me when he would be at the house and the company sent an email to tracking map on where he was to the house. Great communication and follow up on service afterwards. Highly recommended Fenwick Waychoff A/C Plumbing and Electrical for any services needed.

Andrew did an outstanding job installing our new water heater! He was very professional, and ready to answer all our questions. Because of his valuable input we avoided purchasing a water heater we had previously chosen that would have exceeded our electrical panel's capacity; now we have the right one for our needs and it is working great! Had plumbing issues. Faucet and valve leaks plus had them inspect water heater for proper operation. The technician was available sooner than expected . Decided to have him inspect 4 bathrooms and laundry room. I learned a lot from technician and will have them come back to do $2 k of faucet / valve work. Very pleased to have Fenwick be a part of Waychoff. Have always used Fenwick since moving to Florida. They do not disappoint.
