Had plumbing issues. Faucet and valve leaks plus had them inspect water heater for proper operation. The technician was available sooner than expected . Decided to have him inspect 4 bathrooms and laundry room. I learned a lot from technician and will have them come back to do $2 k of faucet / valve work. Very pleased to have Fenwick be a part of Waychoff. Have always used Fenwick since moving to Florida. They do not disappoint.

Robert Lewis was my technician. He showed up promptly and went after the problem which was an overflowed toilet. He got it all straightened out and in the process was explaining things and we got it done. He then cleaned up whatever mess he made and it was just really good customer service. He was friendly, patient, and professional. I was very very pleased with the work that he did. And excellent job!

Great service!! I was impressed from the minute I called to schedule an estimate for installing a utility sink in our garage to the completion of the job. DJ in dispatch was very nice and informative on their process and was able to schedule me an appointment the same day. That's when we met Khan Carleton the plumber. He is super friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient and he sure does know his stuff. He answered all our questions in detail (and let me tell you my husband sure does have alot...lol) and that's when we decided he's a keeper. He kept us informed on everything he was doing from beginning to end. He's also very neat and tidy with his work and I have a feeling that this is him all day every day!! Pricing was great (we thought it was going to be way more than it was) and we also received a 10% discount so make sure you check out the coupons/discounts listed on their website. We're very happy with our new utility sink. We're glad that we chose Fenwick and blessed that Khan took the call and made it happen. My service technician was on time, polite, sensitive to the situation, not overbearing, took time to explain what we needed & showed how things should work. William was great. My first experience with Fenwick 👍🏾. Michael was fantastic!!! He came in, listened well, came up with a plan, and did a wonderful job. We're now enjoying cleaner, softer, and odor free water.
