Had a blocked garbage disposal drain. I called for service @ 6p but still had half a sink I could use so immediate service wasnt needed. Got an appointment for first thing this morning. I received an email and text they were on the way and Nathan arrived 10 minutes later. He evaluated the situation, provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done including the cost(which included a senior discount as well as 2 others) and length of time he needed. I authorized the work and he got to work. i was thrilled i didn't need a new machine! He explained everything he was doing along the way and cleared the blockage. He educated me on proper use of which I honestly wasn't aware of a few things and also taught me how to clean the disposal; who knew!!!! Wouldn't hesitate to reach out again if ever needed.

Travelle did an excellent job of diagnosing our air conditioner issue. Instead of just cleaning the line. He cleaned the pan where the clog was starting. He is exceptional.

Fenwick installed my tankless water heater. I made an appointment for Fenwick Home Services to perform the annual service procedure - flushing the system. The technician (Justin) arrived promptly at 8:00a.m. The maintenance was completed quickly. Justin is very polite and competent.
