This company is great! Excellent technicians and prompt service. This is the second time I've used them. This time was to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew went above and beyond making sure there were no leaks after completing the job and even registered my new disposal for me. I am so embarrassed I forgot to tip him. He definitely deserved one!

My residential water heater went out after 22 years. I’m not a fan of cold showers. They were responsive, professional, and informative, and my Tech, Jesse, was great to work with. I now have a brand new unit the same morning I called.

Frank and Zac saved the day!! Called and was able to get a same day appt for install of a new gas stove. They unhooked and removed the old one and installed the new one. Thank you so much for the quick and professional work! I would use Bill Fenwick again in the future!!

Ben was great. Very respectful and knew what to do immediately. Unfortunately we had to have pipes moved but he made sure to clean up any debris from the install. I am thankful I now have a working garbage disposal and running water in my kitchen 😊.
