Cody Kauffman was highly skilled, excellent communicator and very professional. He has done multiple plumbing projects for us. I highly recommend him. I would give more than five stars if I was able.

***SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CALL***
Lost power on a summer day and called Snyder to help fix an issue with my whole home circuit breaker. The tech who arrived from them was nice and professional, but was clearly being pushed by his higherups to over sell us on services, to include purchasing an entire new HVAC system to the tune of 24k dollars.

My system and house are less than 7 years old (even though it is a DR Horton). Sounded fishy to replace the whole system this quickly so we called up Fenwick Waychoff for a second opinion at 6pm on a Thursday. Mr. Melendez promptly showed up the next morning at 9:30 when I was given a range of 10am to 2pm. He got to work immediately and diagnosed a slightly weak capacitor that would only take 30 minutes to replace. He took what I was quoted to be a multi-thousand dollar repair and brought it down into the hundreds. He completed some other optional work for me and had the cool air running before noon. He was fast, professional, and saved me thousands of dollars. Happily signed up for the yearly membership.
***WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION***

We had Waychoff / Fenwick out because our ac wasn’t keeping up and we noticed a burning smell in the breaker box. Their technician arrived flipped the switch to the a/c breaker and said the compressor went out. He quoted us $3500 to replace just the compressor. Then of course he says we just need to replace the entire system. The cheapest system was $10,000. I immediately had a second opinion come out from World’s Greatest A/C. I explained to him the situation, the burning smell, etc. he immediately pulled the face off of the breaker box, removed the a/c breaker, and immediately noticed that the wires had burned. After replacing the breakers, we turned the AC back on and was it cooling perfectly. Thank you Waychoff for trying to sell me on a $10-$20k that would have not even worked after being installed and my current unit was functioning properly. Waychoff / Fenwick are nothing but money hungry crooks!
