Post install update: Unfortunately, I need to update my previous positive review. Shortly after the initial installation of my AC, I experienced severe flooding in my home. After tearing down walls and floors to investigate, it became clear that the AC installation was the cause of the flooding. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. The flooding wasn’t the only issue. I also had to call them because the insulation in the AC closet fell down, proving the unit was not secured properly during installation. To make matters worse, after just finishing my last payment for the AC unit (3 months) I’ve now been hit with unexpected costs to replace cabinetry in my kitchen, floors throughout my entire entry, which has been unusable for three months due to the damage. I am now financially upside down from these repairs, Fenwick has not answered my calls to management nor have they reached out or offered any assistance or resolution. While a service person (Christian) was eventually sent by Jesse a manager of sorts sent him, it was far too late, and no support has been provided to address the significant financial burden and stress this situation has caused. I strongly urge the Fenwick to take responsibility and reach out to resolve this matter. —————————- We first hired Fenwick to come for a tuneup to discover which we were not surprised that we are in need of a replacement AC unit which Christian immediately was able to find Tony to stop by the end of his route and give us support which I can say is very fair. A new unit is an investment and with really great service. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to working with them again in the future to install a new system .

I had 4 water heater installation estimates with 4 different companies and Fenwick price was several hundred dollars less and included everything. They did not pressure me and when I chose them to do the installation. They came the next day and were prompt. The technician, Andrew, was professional, efficient and experienced. Highly recommend for water heater installation...haven't used their other services.

Called to have gas line disconnected for cooktop so countertops could be removed (in the middle of kitchen reno); came out the very next morning. Knowledgeable and professional. We’re done in a few minutes and will come back to reconnect when we have new countertops installed. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Replacement was done the same day as my estimate! I recommend Fenwick for their services! I used them in the past. They try their best to give you the best price for your money. I purchased a 50 gallon water heater A.O. Smith brand due to the fact my water heater was 19 years old and it reduced my home owners insurance a lot! Our service tech Fahid was very professional. Did his job quickly and efficiently.
