Justin contacted me prior to arrival to confirm arrival time. The repairs were done and seem to address our issues. I’m very happy with the same day service, quality of the repair and Justin’s service and information shared. This was the second time we’ve used Fenwick the past couple of months. Both times the work was done the same day we called. Individuals doing the work were very professional. Fenwick will definitely be our first call when needed in the future.

Fenwick technician texted me before coming to my house. He spent an hour running tests and cleaning my hvac, this was for my 6 month maintenance. He emailed me a detailed report of what was done, all measurements, many photos, etc
