Had an issue with new system freezing up. Antonio M. Came out at 7pm on Friday night and he immediately found and fixed problem. This guy is highly knowledgeable and personable for a service tech - What an asset to your company!!

Post install update: Unfortunately, I need to update my previous positive review. Shortly after the initial installation of my AC, I experienced severe flooding in my home. After tearing down walls and floors to investigate, it became clear that the AC installation was the cause of the flooding. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. The flooding wasn’t the only issue. I also had to call them because the insulation in the AC closet fell down, proving the unit was not secured properly during installation. To make matters worse, after just finishing my last payment for the AC unit (3 months) I’ve now been hit with unexpected costs to replace cabinetry in my kitchen, floors throughout my entire entry, which has been unusable for three months due to the damage. I am now financially upside down from these repairs, Fenwick has not answered my calls to management nor have they reached out or offered any assistance or resolution. While a service person (Christian) was eventually sent by Jesse a manager of sorts sent him, it was far too late, and no support has been provided to address the significant financial burden and stress this situation has caused. I strongly urge the Fenwick to take responsibility and reach out to resolve this matter. —————————- We first hired Fenwick to come for a tuneup to discover which we were not surprised that we are in need of a replacement AC unit which Christian immediately was able to find Tony to stop by the end of his route and give us support which I can say is very fair. A new unit is an investment and with really great service. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to working with them again in the future to install a new system .

I had the pleasure of having Tim Allala come to my home to work on a shower - The blender and the control were both 12+ years old and needed to be replaced. Tim is a 30-year experienced profession that knows his business very well. Tim is prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the repair to ensure he had the appropriate parts. Once assessed he was able to conclude the repair in very short order. The area was left clean and ready to use immediately upon completion. Fenwick home services was super responsive providing the service I requested and needed the same day!

Michael and Michael Bowen (Sr and Jr) came over and fixed our fallen garbage disposal, or should I say reinstall the one we’d poorly done ourselves. Professional, witty, knowledgeable, courteous… I mean, there are not enough adjectives to describe these two gentleman. Literally left it all better than when they came here. Cleaned up their mess and the one I’d made. I’d one hundred percent recommend!!!
