Nothing like a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon. Steve from Fenwick to the rescue in good time. He listened to what I had tried to remediate the problem and then he went to work, diagnosing the problem quickly. He explained where the blockage was, altered a line and then checked the other bathroom as well as the kitchen sink to be sure everything was in good working order. Called fenwick regarding the warranty of the kitchen sink faucet repair job that was done 7 months ago . I was told they I have 1 year warranty for parts that they installed. The technician who came just looked at the faucet and just said I need a new faucet without even really doing anything. The technician wanted to sell me a new faucet that is in his truck for over $700.00. More on sales than service.

James Pike was exceptional. We added an outdoor shower and James installed the various fittings necessary to connect hot and cold water along with valves to shut off water if freeze danger exists. Very experienced and competent professional.
