Fenwick comes through again! We needed a new water softener system. Rafael Serrano was the technician that did the install. I felt completely comfortable with every step of our install. Rafael also took the time to educate me on the system and how it works. Thanks for the prompt service as well. Rafael came out the day after he walked through it with me. Thanks again!

Great experience with Fenwick today. I dreaded calling a plumber on a Saturday, but I had an active leak and had to get it addressed. A tech (Andrew) was on the job within about an hour of my call, and found and repaired the problem right away. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The price for this service call shocked me! (In a good way...) I will definitely use Fenwick again for any plumbing needs.

Andrew did an outstanding job installing our new water heater! He was very professional, and ready to answer all our questions. Because of his valuable input we avoided purchasing a water heater we had previously chosen that would have exceeded our electrical panel's capacity; now we have the right one for our needs and it is working great! God put the right person in our path at the right time as usual...🙏

We had a great technician named Jesse come out and replaced our water heater. They were very efficient I believe they got to my house around 930/940 for the estimate and had it replaced and running hot water by noon. They were very professional and personable!

Terrible Experience with this company - have been without AC for over 10 days, with two babies living in the home . A technician diagnosed the failed compressor and said parts would arrive in 2–3 days, yet there has been no clear update since. Despite calling multiple times, I never received a direct response or escalation to a supervisor. It feels like they never truly care about customer concerns — customer service is the worst I’ve experienced, with multiple layers to go through just to reach the right department. This lack of urgency and accountability is unacceptable, especially in extreme summer heat.
