I called Fenwick's as my tankless hot water heater was not working. They experience from the call to the follow up was great. I got a text with the tech's name , a picture and about them. Totally blew me away. They sent me a message when he would arrive and he did. He was very thorough found problem, gave me total. He spent a couple hours handling the issues and then checked his work making sure he would not leave until I had hot water. Matt Gray was my tech and exceeded expectations and I was impressed every step of the way. I have renovated lots of homes and never had such a great experience that the entire plumbing company paid attention to the client!

Fenwick technician Tavevlle arrived as scheduled. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his service requirements and all the options. Overall we are very satisfied and pleased we chose Fenwick and we are impressed with their technician. I highly recommend Fenwick and great job Tavelle!

Post install update: Unfortunately, I need to update my previous positive review. Shortly after the initial installation of my AC, I experienced severe flooding in my home. After tearing down walls and floors to investigate, it became clear that the AC installation was the cause of the flooding. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have been met with silence and a lack of accountability. The flooding wasn’t the only issue. I also had to call them because the insulation in the AC closet fell down, proving the unit was not secured properly during installation. To make matters worse, after just finishing my last payment for the AC unit (3 months) I’ve now been hit with unexpected costs to replace cabinetry in my kitchen, floors throughout my entire entry, which has been unusable for three months due to the damage. I am now financially upside down from these repairs, Fenwick has not answered my calls to management nor have they reached out or offered any assistance or resolution. While a service person (Christian) was eventually sent by Jesse a manager of sorts sent him, it was far too late, and no support has been provided to address the significant financial burden and stress this situation has caused. I strongly urge the Fenwick to take responsibility and reach out to resolve this matter. —————————- We first hired Fenwick to come for a tuneup to discover which we were not surprised that we are in need of a replacement AC unit which Christian immediately was able to find Tony to stop by the end of his route and give us support which I can say is very fair. A new unit is an investment and with really great service. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and I look forward to working with them again in the future to install a new system .

Khan Carleson was our technician. Very professional. Diagnosed the problem and came back the next day and installed a new toilet. Polite and cleaned up area after. Looks great. This is the second time I've used fenwick plumbing this year. Always come out the same day. All technicians are polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone having problems.
