I had a corroded flex line o my tankless Water heater and Had Fenwick come out to assess. Jesse and his partner were very courteous and explained what needed to be done and got the job done. They were thorough and My system is now good as new. I had the system flushed as well which saved me another appointment. I was very satisfied with the appointment process and customer service leading right up to the appointment.

I called about 10am...at 3:00 my ac is functioning. I recommend both the company and technician Jose. He diagnosed and completed the repair in less than an hour. He was pleasant, efficient, explained the problem and the cost before completing the repair.

A/C went out in the middle of the night. Sent a message on website very early in the morning. Got a response to message, a confirmation call, a/c was fixed and we had cold air all before noon. Tech was Adam and he was great and informed us of services we need to address soon to prevent furture issues.
