Michael was excellent and thorough. He really deep cleaned my system and took the time to explain how to understand my thermostat and it's setting ings. He also explained the different maintenance plan and what it covers is cost effective. Thanks Michael for your time and patience with this lay person!

Worst customer service, no detail on pricing. When the tech arrived there, basically just assess the situation and couldn't do the job. You guys have wonderful ratings, but I'm not sure for what. And then I was charged $89 for just looking Would not use fenvik home services. In the future

Matt Gray and Paul Golden with Fenwick Services are the best installers .. they were on time very knowledgeable and respectable , I could not have thank them enough for their service and their excellent work on installing my Gas water heater, they went above and beyond to find me the correct water heater I wanted and explained everything to me in great detail and was very patient, my water heater was installed the same day and they work well together as a team, I am very satisfied with their work, these guys are the best! Thank you guys soooo much!

David Jordan was punctual and professional. His customer service was exceptional! After finishing the HVAC tune-up and maintenance, he carefully explained all of the photos of my HVAC and reported that my unit was in good condition. No issues were found! Thank you, David!
